BEFORE YOU BUY

Real answers to what people actually ask.

1. Why should I buy from Bold Studio instead of cheaper options online?

Most online prints are mass-produced abroad on lightweight paper with plastic frames - they arrive in weeks, often damaged, sometimes with customs fees you didn't expect. We produce locally in Riyadh using Italian Canvas and solid wood frames. Same wall, completely different result. The price is fair because we cut out every middleman that doesn't add real value.

2. Are these real artists or just stock prints?

Real artists. Most pieces on this site is created by a named Local artist we work with directly - San Shyn, Ahmad Makki, Afnan, George Deeb, Ahmad Bawazeer, and Faris Rizqallah. You're not buying a poster pulled from a stock library. You're collecting work from artists shaping Saudi visual culture right now.

3. What if it doesn't look as good in my space as it does on the website?

Then send it back. You have 48 hours from delivery to return your print for any reason - we arrange free pickup anywhere in Saudi Arabia and refund you in full. Most prints look better in person than on screen, but if yours doesn't fit your space, that's on us to fix, not on you to live with.

4. How is the quality compared to what I'd buy in a frame shop?

Better, in most cases. Frame shops typically use Italian Canvas and MDF or aluminum frames. Our Italian Canvas is archival fine art Canvas, our frames are solid pine hand-finished in our Riyadh workshop, and our glazing is glass. The kind of materials galleries use, at a price designed for homes.

5. How fast will I actually receive it?

Most orders arrive in 2-4 business days across Saudi Arabia. Orders placed before 2 PM (Saudi time) ship the same business day. You'll get a tracking link via SMS and email the moment your order leaves our workshop. No multi-week waits, no customs delays, no "where is my package" emails.

6. What size should I get if I'm not sure?

A2 (42×59.4 cm) is what most customers choose - it works as a statement piece above a sofa, console table, or bed without overwhelming the space. If you're hanging a gallery wall of multiple prints, mix A3 and A4 sizes. If you want one hero piece on a large empty wall, go A1. Still unsure? Send us a photo of your wall on WhatsApp - we'll recommend the right size in minutes.

7. Can I afford this without paying everything upfront?

Yes. Every order can be split into 4 interest-free payments through Tabby or Tamara - no hidden fees, no interest, fully Shariah-compliant. You can also pay cash on delivery anywhere in Saudi Arabia. A 109 SAR print becomes 4 payments of 27.25 SAR. A full gallery wall of 5 prints can become 4 payments of about 95 SAR.

8. What happens if my print arrives damaged?

We replace it. Free. No photos required, no investigation, no waiting. Damage in shipping is rare because we package every piece with corner guards, rigid backing, and a custom-cut shipping box - but if it happens, message us on WhatsApp and we'll have a new one on the way the same day.
